Principal: Chico Christian School

I have been walking with God since I was thirteen years old. He is my best Friend, and I am so grateful to be able to do what He created me for: teaching and influencing children to know God's love for them! I knew when I was five that I wanted to be a teacher. I love, love, love to learn and I love to teach! But most of all, I love kids! My passion is to teach to the whole child, to address all aspects of his or her development starting with the most important: the spiritual aspect. At CCS, we are very intentional about creating a program that addresses every aspects of a child's development - spiritual, moral, social and emotional, physical, and of course, academic. 

Ministries
I am the principal of Chico Christian School, a K-8 school of 320 students.

Education
I have a BA degree in liberal Studies, a California Teaching Credential, and will complete my Masters in Edcation, with an emphasis on Curriculum and Instruction in July 2010. I have been an educator for thirty-two years.

• I am the mother of five children, all of whom attended CCS
• The proud grandmother of four - soon to be five - grandchildren.
• I am married to Dennis Landers, who is a Farmers Insurance agent.
• We have lived in the same home for thirty years and enjoy being grandparents.
• I love to read and spend time in nature.
