I was born in Chico but raised in the East Bay by a heroic mother and dedicated grandmother. Both women greatly influenced who I am and how I see the world. My mom is a superhero, singlehandedly raising my brother and I, working as an executive for a major corporation and never doing less than her best everyday. My grandma is amazingly strong and dedicated, giving up everything to love and care for my brother and I. If my mom made different decisions I easily could have been aborted or become another unfavorable statistic. My life experience makes my perspective on families different than most and fuels my passion for the importance of supporting children and their families. To me, single moms are brave heroes who chose life, not people who messed up. I appreciate the colors and hardships of my childhood. Living through it created a depth of understanding only made possible from being delivered by the love and power of God. This life journey has led to my other passions of identity, freedom, inner healing and prophetic ministry.

At eighteen, I married my first love, David. We have three children: Aidan, Isabella and Sofia. I love being a wife and mommy - the two things I dreamed of most as a child. In summer of 2008, God powerfully surprised me with His sudden intervention and redirection for my life. When He revealed my new path to be full time ministry I was shocked. But His 'suddenlies' are the things history is made of - people caught off-guard by the plans and purposes of God, and their place in it. I love His plan and wouldn't go back for anything.

My vision is to come alongside families as we raise children who intimately know God and are equipped to demonstrate His love and power in extending the Kingdom of God to the world - not when they grow up, but now. I am fiercely committed to partnering with you in raising up these precious gifts from the Father as we call out each child's destiny to become the person God designed them to be, (Psalm 139) and encourage them to live in the fullness He promises. (Ephesians 3).

Interesting Facts

• I've traveled extensively, to at least 17 countries.
• I've never been a fan of school, but grew up in the GATE program, and then did independent study through high school so that I could work starting at the age of fourteen, and worked full time by age sixteen.
• I was a 3rd degree brown belt in Tae Kwon Do - that's one degree away from a black belt!..don't even remember now why I didn't finish!
• I love anything creative that involves working with your hands - gardening, sewing, ceramics, etc.
• I was a full time stay-at-home Mom for seven years.
• I started a little cottage industry business designing, sewing and selling a line of little girls clothing called Bellasofia, named after my two sweet girls....maybe I'll get to return to it one day!
