Mother's name, Mary (like Jesus); son of a carpenter (like Jesus); not an immaculate conception (not like Jesus); father's name, John (not like Jesus); one of eight children (not like Jesus); born in Sacramento County (not like Jesus). I was raised in Chico most of my life.

My parents settled in Chico shortly after the end of World War II. My father was a fighter pilot during WWII in the Pacific theater and finished military service during the Koren War. I have four sisters and three brothers scattered around the world. I grew up in a religious family...but did not have an encounter with Christ until I was twenty. I didn't think I would live to be 21 years old, (I didn't make it) ,"but now it is no longer I that liveth but Christ that liveth in me!" Now that was life altering and is still in progress.... I married the cutest woman I could find 34 years ago and counting...We have two children (one of each flavor), and one grandchild for the moment (male-favored)...with a second little bun in the oven who's not quite ready for this world. I enjoy living life all by grace!!!!

Attended local schools from kindergarten to college...Graduated from Chico State in 1986 with a BS in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and I have never stopped learning...

• I use to be a tall blond named Helga from the planet Troyis...but got sent here for training in humility and righteousness and the first thing I had to do be was a man!!!
