A Center for Growth and Healing

The Growing Place counseling center (formerly the Tandem House) is the full service counseling ministry of Neighborhood Church offering individual, couple and group therapy to adults, children and families. Counseling is offered by a committed group of Christian Professional Therapists, Certified Lay Biblical Counselors, Life Coaches and volunteers. 

 The center has provided counseling services to the church body, the community and the surrounding area for nearly thirty years. It was started by Leo Classen, then a Missionary Pastor and professional MFCC. The Growing Place itself has grown as year by year people with a heart for bringing emotional health, healing and wholeness to the body of Christ joined the staff.
